5. Payment Terms

All program fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment terms:

• Full payment is required before program access is granted
• EMI options are available through our payment partners
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Prices may change without prior notice for future enrollments

6. Program Access

Access to program materials and community is granted for the duration specified in your enrollment. After the access period expires, you will need to renew your membership to continue accessing premium content and community features.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tradeshala is not liable for any trading losses, financial decisions, or investment outcomes resulting from applying the knowledge gained through our programs. Trading involves substantial risk and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
