We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for the Funded Trader Program and 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Personal Mentorship.

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your investment. Our refund policy varies by program:

Funded Trader Program

7-day money-back guarantee from the date of program commencement. Refund requests must be submitted before the 3rd live session.

Personal Mentorship Program

14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first session. Refund requests must be submitted before completing 5 sessions.

Certificate in Capital Markets & Trading

No refunds. All fees for this certification program are strictly non-refundable once access to course materials has been granted.

Webinars & Seminars (Weekend 2-hour sessions)

No refunds. Fees paid for weekend webinars and seminars (2-hour sessions) are strictly non-refundable, including for no-shows or missed sessions.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@marketshala.com with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your full name, program enrolled, and enrollment date
  3. Provide a brief reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional days
  • Payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Request made after the guarantee period has expired
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Sharing of program materials with non-enrolled individuals
  • False or misleading information provided during enrollment
  • Completion of more than the allowed sessions/content

5. Program Transfers

If you are unable to continue with a program, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future batch (one-time only) instead of a refund. This option is available up to 30 days from your original enrollment date. Contact our support team to discuss transfer options.
